Cancellation Policy • 25% non-refundable deposit to secure booking. • Full balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival date (which is non-refundable at this point) plus the damages deposit of 7.500 euros. • Change of linen and full clean for bookings of 10 days or more halfway through stay. Extra cleaning can be arranged at 15 euros per cleaner per hour. • Additional light clean mid-week is included. • No booking is considered confirmed unless deposit had been received. • Based on 8 double ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 16 adults. • No same sex groups or parties without prior agreement of the owner. • Check in time is 4pm to 8pm on day of arrival. Check out time is no later than 10am on day of departure.
